Is there anything special I need to do when uninstalling SEPM from a DC? We have upgraded to the newer 12.1 on another box and I need to simply remove the old 11.x version.
If you are going to permanently uninstall it, there is nothing really that you need to consider, just go ahead and uninstall it.

you can decomission once you confirm that clients started communicating to new SEPM.
I did a fresh install on the new server so it will be just a straight uninstall. I did not think I would need to do anything special. I apprecaite the confirmation.

Before you uninstall make sure that all of your clients are directed to the new SEPM box that you have installed. Other then that you can uninstall through the normal process.
