Uninstalling GE (GuardianEdge) Removal Storage software

I used my flash drive in someone else's work laptop.
That laptop was encrypted with GuardianEdge Removable Storage Access technology, and now that software has its fingerprints all over my flash drive. Almost every directory has a GuardianEdge system file in it. And the drive itself now carries the GuardianEdge logo.

It is not preventing me from doing anything, but do you think it is dangerous?
And how can I get rid of it without hurting my files?

    Thanks,

    Paul
