Go through S/W Distribution tool

One way is to use s/w distribution tool. Do you have software distribution tool available in your organisation?

In that you can uninstall old version and then install the new version- 11.

DO you want to change the uninstallation password?

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Kishor,   You can use

Hi Kishor,

You can use Altiris to manage DLP Agents.

Please refer the below links for more details:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/installing-dlp-endpoint-agent-altiris

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/dlp-and-altiris-integrated-component

OR...

You can use any Symantec Management platform to manage any types of Syamntec softwares

OR....

In a harder Way you can create a script to perform following tasks..(This is the last option to try out....)

  • Stop/remove the services from Windows.
  • Then you could remove the directory,
  • Then you could reinstall the agent .( Which is optional in your case )
  • the new configuration should overwrite all registry keys.
  • You can use the command "sc delete edpa && sc delete wdp"

Hope this help you!!
