I have installed Symantec Encrption Desktop at the time of updation of my windows 7.
I tried to to unistall this by going to control panel. but it propmpts to say. 'You cannot remove or upgrade Symantec Encrption Desktop as the disk is still processing'. Please assist me regarding this. I work in a MNC and here I am not authorized to install free trial versions also. Please guide me in step by step in windows 7 operating system of unistalling. please I would like you to email the steps
