we are trying to uninstall the SEP 11, in the msiexec / X{product uninstall key}

currently have several versions of SEP 11:

my question is what is the key uninstall {product key} for each version SEP 11

I can't find a KBA that shows this. Not even sure there is one...

 key for Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 11.0.776.1100 is 3B98507E-8B81-43EE-A77D-9C3E90EC3E2F

key for Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.671.4971 is A3AEEA68-AC93-4F6F-8D2D-78BBF7E422B8.

rest you need to find out manually as there is no such KB so far.

The product code is the unique identifier for the product. You can find the product code for your product version in the Windows Registry.

To find the product code for your product

1. In the Windows Registry Editor, expand the following key:
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
3. This key contains many <Product Code> keys.
4. In the left pane, click each <Product Code> key.
5. In the right pane, look at the DisplayName value.
6. Find the <Product Code> key whose DisplayName value is Symantec Endpoint Protection
7. Use the product code in the command line as shown in the next section of this document.
8. The surrounding braces are part of the code.
