Hi,    If the client is not

 Hi,

If the client is not communicating (no green dot and no updating) the status on the console will not matter really.

This could be due simply to a corrupted computer entry in the DB, have you try to select that client and delete it from the SEPM?

Then it should re register and start communicating and updating properly again ( a drop of a current sylink.xml may or may not be needed ).

Let me know if this helped.

Regards
JL

Hi Hussein, How are you

Hi Hussein,

How are you getting along with your issue? Have you tried to drop a new sylink as Jeremy suggested? Also I would like to know which version you are running. If it is one prior to SEP 11 MR4 MP1 then I suggest you upgrade. Also which OS is your SEPM and the affected client.

Thanks,
Grant
