Unknown OS error

After a installation of SMS for Domino servers, i get this unknown OS error in the domino console and SMS crasches and the same thing with the Domino server

Are the templates for SMSDom
Are the templates for SMSDom located in the domino data directory? sav.ntf, savlog.ntf and savquar.ntf.
