    How can we fix this? We can't open the control and graphs of our bushing monitor. It happened when we changed our laptop with desktop.

    We are using pcAnywhere 12.5

    Hello

    Do you have Microsoft Visual C++ or Visual Studio also installed? If so, download and install SP5 for that from Microsoft.
