I have an Unmanaged Detector reporting unmanaged devices. I can see them listed in Security Status > Unkown Device Failures and also under the list of Notifications.  However I can't find a way to export the results or generate a report of the information.  I'd love to get this into a .csv file or something I can work with.  Also, it seems to report everything detected as "OS Windows Server 2003 family Enterprise Edition", including printers and routers.  Is this normal?

Yes its normal for it to detect printers. In fact it will detect the devices which have an IP address.

Best Practices: When to use the "Find Unmanaged Computers" or "Unmanaged Detector" features in Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0

You can copy the list and paste it in an Excel sheet

I know it detects all devices that create ARP traffic. However, I wondered if it was normal for it to detect printers, routers, etc. as Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition devices.  Obviously these devices are not running a Windows OS.

    Sandip is correct.

The unmanaged detector does not actually talk to those devices, it just looks at certain characteristics and assumes the OS based on that.
