  • 1.  Unlock folders from SMC.exe

    HI,

    Recently, I need to rename or delete some folders from a few users on Win2003 (C:Documents and settingdefault user) but Its neccesary to stop Symantec services to done this....I delete this folders to regenerate users profiles, that are corrupted.

    We use unlocker aplication to discover what happend, then when I need to rename or delete this folders its neccesary kill smc.exe process... You know if exist some type of exlusion for especific folders....

    Its a folder

    C:\Documents and Settings\Default User

    Some times its necessary to rename, but SMC.EXE its the owner and we need kill Symantec process...
