    Can any one confirm me that if any client is remove from network and come in stock, it will be count the license or not?

    You can removed that particular client for altiris database.

    Yes. With us for example, systems that have not checked in for 12 days will have their status automatically set to Retired. This leaves the system unlicensed but still in the database for asset purposes. Once the system comes back online, the status will automatically return to Active and licenses will be assigned.
