Yes it will be count that client license till it can't be remove from SEPM.

You can remove that client entry from SEPM.

    edit

You can set the delete the client entry that have not connected. It will remove auto as the day you will set.

    1. Open SEPM and select the Admin panel.
    2. Click on Servers
    3. Right click on the Site where your management servers are located and choose Edit Properties
    4. Check "Delete Clients that have not connected for __ Days"
    5. Enter a value for Days.
    6. Click OK.

Say for example if 100 Host is removed from n/w last week it is a tedious job to go and delete all the entries from SEPM, So there is an option that clients not connected to SEPM for 30 days shall be removed from SEPM and the same will not be counted after 30 days, If you want you can decrease the number of days.

What Exact SEPM version are you using ?

You have select SEP 11.x,In SEPM 11.x no need to license file.

SEP 11.x licensing is basically just a "paper" license product

    Parvesh,

Moreover if you are concerned about licenses I would recomend you to concentrate on the duiplicate entries in SEPM

    Pull CS logs

Open the CS log in a Excelsheet - Do pivot for Computer Name Vs Count you can get the excat figures of the host that have duiplicate entries.

Delete from the SEPM, it will be removed. If it checks back into the SEPM, it grabs a new license. Pretty simple...

    Hi,

With default settings clients that have not been connected for 30 days will be deleted from the SEPM.

Once they deleted from the SEPM console, license count will be recalculated.

Nex time when client checks in successfully, license count will be added.
