    I have heard from three separate clients today about "pop-ups" from Symantec informing them that they have to fix a problem.

    I did not receive any email alert for these notices.

    Nor did any of this activity appear on the Partner Management Console.

    In fact, the ONLY place these incidents appeared was on the Unresolved Risks page - under each client, under the specific computer that was affected.

    Hey, Symantec:  if this is an issue that I, as an MSP, should be proactively looking out for on behalf of my clients, DO NOT HIDE IT!

    Have you checked with support to see what the options are here?

    Yes, I logged a case last month when this first stated happening.  Support had me modify some of the settings for each account - and I have over 50 of them!  That didn't help then and it certainly hasn't provided me with any information now.

    The fact that this product treats a tracking cookie as a "risk" and reports it on the PMC, but doesn't report on something that requires user or MSP intervention is maddening!
