  • 1.  Unscannable Attachments Emails

    Over the weekend, our GWs flagged over 200 messages with the unscannable attachment policy (we have this policy set to prepend the email with a "MESSAGE NOT SCANNED" notice and deliver it normally). My task now is to find all those "unscannable attachment emails" that were delivered. How do I do this without knowing exactly who the senders/recipients were? Thanks.

    Search your Message Autid log by verdict. Set mandatory filter to sender and type a period (.).

    Then set your optional filter to verdict and choose 'The message is unscannable'
