Unscannable mail

This issue has been solved. See solution.
all our archive/compressed emails were not sent through SMG. verdict were unscannable(maz_size).we have checked the scanning settings and it seems ok. our maximum size to be sent is 10MB.

Hi. you may want to double check the container limit settings of your SBG. what is the existing settings for maximum individual file size when opened and maximum accumulated file size when opened.

I think the existing settings
I think the existing settings caused the problem. The maximum individual file size when opened and maximum accumulated file size when opened is low. You can try to revert the container limit settings to default configuration. The default setting for maximum individual file size when opened is 100 and maximum accumulated file size when opened 200 and try to resend the message if it will still be quaratined or queued by SBG/SMG.
