When ı choose cotinue all corporates type looks like unsupported, so ı wasnt able to remote push endpoint to clients. İs someone encountered that problem early ? Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Export the package first and then try to deploy using client deployment wizard.

While deploying select existing package deployment option and then browse to exported package.

Let me know the result if it worked?

I wasn't able to install package managed. I only installed symantec unmanaged.

    Hi,

You can convert that client from unmanaged to managed client if want to do so.

How to change a Symantec Endpoint Protection client from unmanaged to managed

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH102322&locale=en_US

I hope you are trying to deploy 32 bit package on 32bit operating systems and 64bit package on 64bit operating systems.

Create 32bit group and move all 32bit clients into the same group. Try to deploy 32bit package and check if it works.

I never made a different deploy before like 32bit or 64bit.  Both packages are in my reprository and symantec automatically choose which bit would fit os. Am ı wrong ?

    Hi,

You should choose which package you have to deploy.

Try the steps which I have suggested.

You will first export a package 32/ 64 bit, then use the migration and deployment wizard, select those 32/64 according to your OS type.then do the install.

For a change if you select the other package does it show supported?

    Hi,

Just make sure trying to deploy 32bit package on 32 bit operating system. Because by looking at warning message it seems it's a genuine warning message.

However if you are following correct method then need to investigate it more.

I couldn't choose 32bit or 64 bit, because syamntec choose it automatically  everytime ı try "New Package Deployment".  The problem is resolved with installing package with "existing package deployment". Thank you Mr. Savade.

    Best Regards.
