Unwanted switchback from managed to unmanaged

We switched a number of SEP 11-clients from unmanaged to managed by using a _sylink.xml file. Importing the file in the clients works fine and the green dot appears in the SEP icon. The clients show up in SEPM.

However, on the next client reboot, the green dot is no longer there and the clients show in SEPM as offline. When I reimport the xml-file in the client, everything is ok again till the next reboot.

Since I'm relatively new in SEPM, I don't know where to start looking. Does anyone have suggestions?

Version?

Hi cdr,
What version of SEP are you running?
Before you perform the system reboot, do you see Sylink.xml file in the client install folder? What about after reboot?

Regards.

you may need to check with the Tech support for the sylinkreplacer tool.
