Has anyone updated the management console to 12.1 .3 and started getting blank Notifications?

An example: Subject Critical: Network Virus Detected

Found 3 or more risks. Actual number of risks found was 88 in 30 minutes

    Notification Events 07/01/2013 09:13:00 to 07/01/2013 09:43:00

    Nothing to Report

These notifications I have traced back to Sonar logs that see a change in Hosts.  The only problem is I have that set to ignore in the Sonar section of the Antivirus and Antispyware policy.

Did this just start with RU3?

Have you tried the steps outlined in this KBA

    Hello,

Could you change the Notification condition to occurrence from 1 to 30 and Increase Minutes to 60?

    Could you also try -

    1) Deleting the Scheduled report, Notification and then re-create the same.

    2) Run a Repair of SEPM via Add/ Remove Programs

    Hope that helps!!

I read the Doc you referred to and turned it off.

Now I'm waiting to see what happens, so far it seems to have worked. I will come back and mark this as the solution if it does.

    Thanks for your reply.

I had already done 1 and 2. Did not help.

I'm waiting on the results of trying the turning off Internet Explorer Enhanced Security.hat don't work I will try changing the Notification condition.

    Update:

Turning Enhanced Security off for Internet Explorer seems to have fixed my problem.
