    I have noticed that any changes we make in AD, ie moving machines from one OU to another, Altris nevers updates the AD view and is causing some issues as i unable to send any jobs to my new test Ou I created, it can see the Ou but only see's 3 machines out of 15 but it can see the machines as I can deploy packages via quick deploy and type the machine name. i am now trying to target AD OU's for deployment. How to update this as the consultant who installed it has advised that it should do it autmatically and I created this OU end of November.

    I have done a manual sync of AD and shows completed successfully but we still cannot see the machines that have been to the test OU.

    Check if the test ou shows as selected in the Import Computer rule. As you state it is a new OU so it might not be selected to be imported from. When you did a manual sync did you choose full or update import?
