When you say you updated it.. which component did you update?  Have you installed the server or client component?

I used live update option. once the server got updated, the client has no problem updating from my primary server, which is installed in windows server 2003. The only problem is while live updating my primary server, the update  file size is 46247.8kb everyday i start live update.

thankyou paul mapacpac my full version info of my save is 10.1.8.8000

    Hi,

Server downloads the full definition set, but the clients get only delta from server. This is normal behavior.

As Jukka says, the server must download the full definition set everyday... The full set contains the delta's it will deliver to the clients.

Putting a little plug in for SEP. The SEP 11.x clients and servers both download delta files. So, this would not be an issue for SEP. However, the trade off is that SEP server requires more hardware to be non-disruptive if the SEP server is shared with other tasks.
