How to make the antivirus client (version 11.0.6) installed in MAC teams (which is connected to the Internet through a proxy), we actualize periodically as established in local politics??
I have a MAC computer with antivirus client (11.0.6) installed, has a policy update stating that the computer is updated at a specific time of the Symantec live update server. The update actually runs, but the process never ends, as if the client is trying actualizarce but fails.
Not if it's something in the proxy, or any locale in the browser to be carried out. You make exceptions in the proxy pages Symantec update, but does not work. Do not know if has to do with authentication against the proxy, where the team did making authentication credentials (username and password) to pass through the proxy and connect to the internet?.
To do any special configuration??
