Endpoint Protection

Dear Community,

currently we have installed

EPM: 12.1.4023.4080 -> RU 4a

Endpoint Protection-Client: 12.1.4013.4013

Is it possible to update the EPM with RU4 MP1b (12.1.4112.4156) or rather RU4 MP1a (12.1.4104.4130) ?

Does anything have to be done with the clients?

Besides, we have the problem that the clients won't update since the update from EPM 11, only when triggered manually.

Ok, but in FileConnect the latest version that is offered for download is 12.1.4_MP1b

This a non-English verson? If so, some non-English versions haven't been posted yet. If English and still not there, call support, they will get you a download link.

localize versions should be available within few days. 

SEP 12.1 RU5 (12.1.5337.5000 ) is the latest release. You can upgrade from any prior release of 11.x & 12.1 to RU5

On September 18, 2014, Symantec released Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 5 (12.1.5). You can download this version from Symantec FileConnect.

I called the support and because it was a non-english version, they first had to provide it in Fileconnect.
