It depend on when u run inventory cycle or force inventory xollection execurtion but still all client cant provide details in live mode it synch with Altiris server.Approx it will take 24 hrs to update.

What’s time your full inventory scheduler?

It’s depending for your full inventory scheduler. Once your Altiris full inventory are run Altiris server collect information your Altiris client after  update your NSE database file after you can received updated inventory.

Another option is to run a Gather inventory task with Software selected and the option 'Send inventory changes (deltas) only' on the machines you want to have update their software.  This way you don't have to wait for the regular schedules to happen.  You can validate the changes quickly.
