Update to Mountain Lion

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Any better way to update a machine to Mountain Lion than decrypting the drive, uninstalling PGP, installing the ML update, and then re-installing PGP?

Symantec currently doesn't recommend using Moutain Lion if you are using PGP

That was the 1st search result in Google, might be a KB article as well

It has always been PGP's stance to require an decrypt of the WDE encrypted disk before an OS update. It states this in our release notes. THere is no way around this unforunately.

I am closing this thread for discussion as we have several other threads open on Mountain Lion compatability, as well as a KB article, and a blog posting.
