This issue has been solved. See solution.

I can't update my system. It's stop in 51%.

I removed my DB of 7.1 and reinstall. It's working.

There is no in-place upgrade from 7.1 SP2 to 7.5. ServiceDesk 7.5 must be installed in a new (or cleaned) system.
