when i connect the parent server to an external internet conection it works correctly, but in my company does not work, probably any Firewall port, but I dont now wich one! The live upate doesnt work in the internal Lan.

Hi,
Live Update connects over TCP ports 80, 21 & 443. So please allow those ports in your firewall to communicate over internet. Also LiveUpdate connects to the domains symantec.com, symantecliveupdate.com and akamai.net for live update. so its required to add those site address as trusted website in your firewall.
Think this will resolve your issue.
