I have a trouble about updating virus in SEP 11

some client in the same Vlan update virus correctly, others clients display this warning

this policy update : update directly from internet

How should i to solve it? , i clicked liveupdate but not done. please help me!

Please reinstall the SEP and try the update..

have you restarted the SEP client machine? can you pass on log.liveupdate?

Try running utility "Rx4DefsSEP" on 2-3 machines and check.
