    recently updated to version manager RU2, the clients are on version 11.0.4000.2295,

    I can say which is the best way for clients to version 12 RU2

    You can do the autoupgrade

    same procedure, upgrade the manager to 12.1.3

    then do the autoupgrade

    all the necessary documents are here updated by Mithun, have a look before upgrading
