The current build is 11.5.1.2266
If you have this then you have the most recent version, apart from specific patches to specific issues, which are available only to those experiencing those specific issues and who have a maintenance contract.
There is a sticky posting at the top of this forum detailing how to contact support if you need any of the patches. Otherwise, if your version is still working OK, then there is nothing further to do.
