Endpoint Protection

We setup a endpoint manager( Server) in HO site.and create a 25 diffrent group for branches.NOw whenever i update the server,only server and clients which coming under HO offices are getting update.other branches  are not getting updates .kindly help me to solve this issue.i want to update my brances through group updater option.(But in all client are showing green signal )

Did you create live update policy and assing it all groups for GUP? and can clients talk with SEPManager?

Is the GUP configured correctly, Make sure it is correctly configured.

Configure client to take liveupdate from Group update provider of specific location.

If a client became group update provider it will get created a folder named shared defs. See such a folder is present in your GUP server pc and if present what are the files inside that folder. Ensure your clients having latest policy also. Whether you are having any bandwidth issue? Because if a client pc having very old update(more than old than the content revisions available in SEPM) it has to download about 50 Mb update. Check this possibility also
