Where/how do we request updates to ParnerNet content?

A great document was published by SAMG late last year:

http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/partners/med...

On the Sales tab (http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/partners/med... ) a number of helpful tools are listed, such as FAQ, Competitive Battlecard, Feature Comparison Chart, etc, etc....) with a note saying '(Available Mid-Late Dec)'.

It is 1 Feb..... When/where/how do we get these tools??

Hi Marianne,

I just checked with the Channel Marketing team and the SAMG Quickstart is currently being updated and should be available before the end of the week.

Just check back using the link in your original post.

Thanks for following up with us.

Thanks Eileen.

I guess this has nothing to do with entire PartnerNet as well as SymIQforPartners currently offline?

Hi Marianne,

The updating of the Quickstarts were not related to the PartnerNet and SymIQ technical issues over the last few days.

Eileen, thanks for the update. Is there an official PartnerNet Support system to log calls?

I cannot find such a facility on PartnerNet. There is more content for which I need updated info...

I have had a look at the Contact Us page and nothing seems relevant to actual content.

Seems the only available route is via Partner Program Manager?

Hi Marianne,

If you are looking specifically for pricing and licensing information I've been advised that you can go to the Pricing and Licensing page on PartnerNet (Login Required)

https://partnernet.symantec.com/Partnercontent/Lic...

Additionally, there is a support link on PartnerNet where you can access technical and customer support.

https://partnernet.symantec.com/Partnercontent/Tec...

Hope this helps,

Eileen
