Are there any guides or documentation on this? I've searched the KB's and googled to no avail. I have a pretty vanilla install, one site, only using a non branded version of the DS. Just curius if anyone here has done it before and has any insight.

AFAIK, version 7.1 has yet to be released to the public.  Latest I see on Symantec is 6.9 SP3.  Looking at the Beta portal, I do not even see version 7 of Deployment solution listed as a beta.

Odd though that I see at http://www.altiris.com/Support/Documentation.aspx#d the documentation for Deployment Solution for Clients 7.0 documentation.

I was at a User Group Meeting a couple of weeks ago

And I think it is going to be while for DS. There was a roadmap for NS with the different versions but not DS. There were Symantec personnel at the meeting.
