  • 1.  Updating license file via VPN

    We just purchased and received keys for Protection Suite Small Business Edition 3.0.  I have updated the license file on the server and all but a few laptops are ok.  These laptops are remote (out of state) and need the keys downloaded.  I am trying to do it vai a VPN tunnel without success.  Any recommendations? If need be, I will have the remote users re-install.

    Are the agents able to pull down policies from the SPC through the VPN tunnel?

     

    Can Symantec AntiVirus or Symantec Endpoint Protection clients be managed through a VPN?

    Symantec does not provide support for problems related to communication with clients that use VPN connections to check in with their parent server.
