Hi,

I have seen issues updating the SEPM manually with .jdb it only updates the manager but it does not push the updates onto the clienst why is it so? I have dropped the .jdb into the location C:program files\symantec\symantec Endpoint Protection\data\inbox\content\incoming.  It updates the manager but not the clients can anybody suggest why is it so?

That should not be the case. Looks like communication issue. Are the clients communciating fine with the SEPM?

The communication looks absolutely fine. I have checked it with the communication check document from symantec. Can somebody tell me is there a way to push the definitions to the  clients through the .jdb files if the manager is not pushing it to the clients.
