    I want to upgrade sepm version  MR4 MP2 to RU6 MP2 PP1.

    First you need to upgrade to RU6a, and then to RU6 MP2.

     Not sure if  you need to apply  PP1 or not   though!!

    There are 2 changes in PP1:

    1.) Verisign implementation

    User Authentication Product console control through the SPC

    2.) SAV For Linux Reporter
     
    SAV for Linux (SAVFL) Reporter provides log records and inventory information to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager via its legacy reporting channel. This allows you to monitor and report on SAVFL client activities from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager console.
     
    Unless you utilize either of these functions or products it is not required for you to implement RU6 MP2 Point Patch 1 in your environment. The changes will be present in the next full release as well.
     
     
    To download RU6a, you  have  to contact technical support, as they will give you that. Just  ruyn the SETUP, and  upgrade SEPM.
     
    Then, you  can go to fileconnect.symantec.com, and download  RU6 MP2, and run it's setup, to upgrade SEPM to RU6 mp2

    What about the SEP clients? Is is okay to upgrade directly from MR4 to RU6MP2 or latest MP3?
