I have mutiple servers replicating to each other over the WAN link. I have decide to upgrade from 12.1.5 to 12.1.6. I got the above error message. After the error message i got this link attached to this article https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH228988.html.
I have keenly follow steps by step but all these settings are in entact. Since the installation did not through successfully the first time. I ran the installation for the second time but it gave me th option to reconfigured the mangement server.
After logging in to the console , i can see new version is 12.1.6 but the client packages are still old. What are steps to upgrade the packages. Below here is the error message. How do upgrade on my other server without getting this error messages.
