  • 1.  Upgrade from 12.1.5 to 12.1.6 latest

    Hello ,

    I have SEPM 12.1.5 i want upgraded to 12.1.6 , i need your help to perfurm this.

    Please give me the steps, if possible, because my language is not good enough

     

    do you need any license to upgrade or not?

    If you're licensed for 12.1 then download it from https://fileconnect.symantec.com using your serial number.

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query on Symantec community.

    Upgrade is pretty simple and straightforward.  You can refer the following article upgrade from 12.1.5 to 12.1.6 will be very similar.

    As long as licenses are valid no further action is required.

    Hello Guys,

    The upgrade process has been successfully completed for the server.

     

    Now i want your help to upgrade clients.

     

    Note: I was divided users for three groups

    You can check those clients by going to the Clients page and double clicking one of them and it will show "Deployment Status"

    You can also run the Computer Status report from the Monitors tab and export to CSV where you can then filter on multiple clients.
