    Hello,

    I've started a new project some months ago for installing a new CMS server for replacing our old 7.1. This installation was done from scratch in a new server, without migrating anything because our environment is small (125 clients).

    I've installed the new server with 7.6 HF7 version and stopped the project because I have other things to do during the latest months.

    Now, I've returned to the project and, after having the upgrade notification to version 8.0, I've upgraded my new server to the latest version. A few items of the upgrading checklist has been skipped (i.e. backup of database or configuration) because this server was empty: no clients, no jobs, etc.

    The installation went smooth and no problems at all but, when looking to the Altiris Log Viewer I see errors and warnings:

    Why? This is a fresh on-box installation of CMS 8.0 in top of CMS 7.6 HF7. And finally the hotfixes to 8.0 HF2. All the installation process done from within the latest SIM 8.0.93.

    How can I solve all these errors? Because, are they "real" errors?

    I hate when a product fresh installed complaints in the log :-( ... Well, Windows does the same thing after a new installation having you to deal with logs in the event viewer ...

    Any tip about this?

    Edit: Remove content because it was a false positive about the agent not being upgrade to 8.0 (I was looking to another server not yet upgraded, sorry).
