i already open case for this but symantec only recommend the SMC (syamntec managment console)

since client has environment ( entesprise) example they have 500 users. we can't just used manual deployment on it, but i appreciate your comment. i will review this article.. thank you :)

yeah, Altiris can be used if you already in the environment :-).

GPO can be another alternative.

   wanted to be easy deploy agent to all when upgrading it. :)
