I have recently installed SP2 for 11d 7170  and hotfix 34 and I have updated all servers with the remote agent installed. They are all now on version 11.0.7170.32 however the media server is still on version 11.0.7170.24. I have tried to run the install from the command prompt, but the version is still the same and if I run the installer the local install option is greyed out.

 

How can I update the version on the media server? This is preventing me from browsing my exchange GRT disk backups.
