    adnvatages and disadvantages

it can be easily update with auto upgrade feature but you can define the schedule it according to your site bandwidth.

    What port it uses

    Push deployment:
Management servers and clients use TCP 139 and 44, UDP 137 and 138, and TCP ephemeral ports for push deployment.

Hwo many clients we can deploy at time

what bandwitdth will utilize for ex 10 system in group and configure to deploy

There is a formula which guide you to deploy it. Below thread assist you for both question

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/sep-1214-mp1-agent-upgrade

If one client is went offline, will package again push to the client or it will be only up-grade in sepcfic time

client only be upgrade if it online as per schdeule set.

    If any other suggessions

Best recommended is to deploy with the same.

Note - If the client is not be online in sepm but it is in network, you can use the remote deployment wizard. For remote location remoteclient.exe tool is in tool folde you can use it for deploy easily.

You an run the computer status report in SEPM and drop into excel and filter

Do you have a third party tool or only SEPM? If only SEPM, you're going to need to break it up by group or locations. It's going to be a slow process.

If you're installing all components, yes, a reboot is needed.

Last package size I saw was 400MB+
