    Hello!

    I am currently running SEPM 12.1.6 (12.1 RU6 MP4) build 6867 (12.1.6867.6400) on Server 2012 R2. We have maybe 50 clients, mostly on Windows 7.

My boss told me we need to be at 12.1.6 to support Windows 10 which will be introduced to our network in the near future. The server is already there but the clients do not appear to be.

The Install packages tab only shows a single package and it is version 11.0.5002.333?

If I click on "Add a client install package" my only option is 12.1.4013.4013.

    I have downloaded 12.1.6.MP4.All_Clients_En.

How do add that as an install package?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Please follow this KB article for steps on adding a new package to the SEPM:

Manually import client packages into Endpoint Protection Manager

Your screenshot is for assigning the client to do the auto-upgrade. You first need to get the latest package added to the SEPM.

Thank you! The document is a bit incomplete though. When you extract the zip file it leaves 2 zip files, 1 for Mac and 1 for Linux. It also leaves 2 executables - 1 for win32 and 1 for win64. When you browse for the source to add a package only the zip files show up. What the article doesnt say is that you have to run the executables in order to extract them so that the add package tool sees them.
