Upgrade for free?

Hi!
If I have this products
| Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 Server Suite |
| Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 Virtual Server Agent |
|
Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 Deduplication |
And have bought them this year with essential 3 year maintenance, is it then possible to upgrade it to
2012 for free or for a small amount of money :-)
And if so.... how?
