I am trying to upgrade to SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 from version 12.1.1000.517l. The server is a Windows 2008 R2 server. The install drive has 26% free space. When I run Setup.exe and try to install I get an error stating that SEP has detected that there are pending system changes that require a reboot. I rebooted the server but I still get the same error when I re-run the install. The install error log shows this at the end of the log:

Any ideas on whats going on? I have never had an issue before with SEP upgrades. Thanks!
