my machines were all working fine under mr4 now i have upraded them to mr5 they are all displaying Event ID: 7000, Source: Service Control Manager - “The Extend WG Protocol Driver service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.” this issue has been around for a long time according to the forums https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/windows-errors-reboot-extend-wg-protocol-driver-also-event-2510-server-service symantec support say they are aware of this and have told the developers a long time ago PLEASE CAN IT GET FIXED
