  • 1.  Upgrade Path from SCSP 5.2.9 MP2 to MP4

    My question is simple. I currently have SCSP 5.2.9 MP2 installed as Server, Agents, and Consoles. I want to upgrade to MP4. Do I need to upgrade to MP 3 first or can I go right to the MP4 upgrade? Thank you in advance.

    Yes, you can directly upgrade your Server, agents and consoles to latest Maintenance Patch.
