I ran the Upgrader Data Pre-Checker and received this error- "There was an error running the Upgrader Data Pre-checker Tool. Check the run.log file and the Upgrader_DP_Error_V14_5_0_1 table for more information."
Anyone encountered this before?
Did you find something in the run.log and in the mentioned table?
We could not find any run.log files or the Upgrader_DP_Error_V14_5_0_1 table. We ended up re-downloading the Symantec_DLP_14.5_Platform_Win-IN.zip file and extracted the Upgrader_Data_Prechecker and this time around it worked.
