Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade from SEP 11.0.4202.75 (MR4 MP2) to the latest RU5 on a test environment (Win XP Pro).
Backuped the database, stopped SEP Manager and Embedded Database service, don't have any replication partners running.
Halfway the upgrade I get following error:
Error 1305: Error reading from file C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\ASA\win32\dbserv9.dll
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Where I can Retry of Cancel ...
The file is there, but is locked by the installer itself (msiexec).
Canceling the installation and rerun the setup gives me the same error.
Anybody knows how to solve this.
