    Dear All
     
    we used SYMANTEC Antivirus CORPORATE EDITION VERSION 10 and want to upgrade to version SEP 12.1
    , while for the version 10 renewalnya still active until 2012, how do we have to order to upgrade to SEP 12.1? whether to buy more new SEP 12.1?

    You should already see the product listed in your file connect account

    put the serial number and u should see 12.1 if not please get in touch with the licensing team.

    Hi,

    Check your mailbox, you might have received upgrade notification.

    Notification email contains serial number to download 12.1 product and all other related information.

    If you have not received any notification then check on https://fileconnect.symanatec.com.

    If you are not able to see SEP 12.1 on your fileconnect account then you will have to call License department.

    License department will verify your details and will guide on same.
