    Posted Aug 03, 2015 08:27 AM

    Hello,

I want to migrate to SEP.cloud, clients are ok.

but I´ve got a problem on my Server (Server 2008 R2, Exchange, Mail Security for Exchange 7.5).

On the Server I´ll get the error on the install of SEP.Cloud agent : "reboot pending".

Manually uninstalled the 12.1 agent, rebootet the server, but still the same mesage!

    What could I do?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

I would also suggest to run latest cleanwipe if facing any issue to install SEP.cloud.

where do I get the lazesz version of cleanwipe?

Will it affect the other installed Symantec products on the server ( Mail Security)?

    You need to call support.

    It should not.

Do you have product serial key? You can download it at fileonnect. It's available under SEPM\tools folder.

It will not remove other Symantec products & will prompt you to select the desired option.

    Check this article: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/new-cleanwipe-version-introduced-sep-121-ru2

If you still get the message after running cleanwipe, the refer to this KB article:
